These terms apply to youmaximize.com, our free tools, and the services provided by YouMaximize (“we”, “us”), including websites, Lead Desk, and SEO and AI search work. By using them you agree to these terms.

Our services

What we deliver, the price and the timeline for paid work are set out in the quote or plan you accept. Lead Desk and other monthly services run month to month, with no long contract. You can cancel before your next billing date, and the service stops at the end of the period you've paid for.

Payment

Setup fees are paid before work starts. Monthly fees are paid in advance. If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it's settled.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business, prices and services, and tell us when it changes.
• Have the right to use the accounts, content and contact lists you connect or give us.
• Follow the rules of WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms, including only messaging people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you.
• Don't use our services for spam, scams, or anything illegal or harmful.

AI replies

Lead Desk uses AI to write replies based on the information you give us. It's designed to be accurate and to hand over to you when unsure, but it can make mistakes. You can review conversations and take over at any time, and you stay responsible for the offers and commitments made to your customers.

Platforms we rely on

Our services depend on third-party platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) and Google. Their rules, prices, approvals and outages are outside our control, and changes they make may affect the service. If that happens we'll tell you and work on a fix.

Results

We work hard to get you more enquiries and bookings, but we can't guarantee specific results, rankings or revenue.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the website content and designs we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our own software, tools and know-how, including Lead Desk itself. Our free tools are provided as they are, without warranties.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost leads, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it.
